Happiness Charge team have now arrived to Mirage’s tower. While doing so they encountered the three generals, all who have been given a power up buff by the Dark Mirror and set out to destroy the Precures. Megumi and Blue goes ahead to find Mirage while the other girls focus on defeating the individual general they are up against. However, much to my disappointment we didn’t learn much about them, especially Hosshiwa- unless her being greedy about her food was the issue. Namakeruda lost his motivation to try after going through countless trials that efforts that never paid off- something I think a lot of us can relate to, so it makes me a bit disappointed that they didn’t elaborate more on his back-story. And then Oresky have revealed to us that he has always sought out to be number one since all he wanted, was to be acknowledged- another thing that many of us can connect with. But unlike the other two generals, we learned a lot about Oresky throughout the entire series, almost as much as we had learned about Phantom.
As for their fate, I am not entirely sure what happened to them. I guess this makes them good as dead, which really doesn’t change anything since the story is ending. On the positive note, at least they weren’t Precure fairies.

The fights in this week’s episode was undoubtly beautiful to watch, but also a bit laughable when you are know that they are purposely dragging on the fight by not letting the girls take on their Innocent forms right off the bat. To see them struggle and overwhelmed by the enemy is supposed to make it more exciting, and if they let them go into their Innocent Forms, then the fight would have been over too quickly, and we can’t have that happen! While watching the fights I thought to myself that it’s too bad that they didn’t have them struggle in their innocent forms, but of course- they are saving that for the big boss fight, the Dark Mirror. If they struggle against the generals in their innocent forms, they wouldn’t stand a chance against the Dark Mirror, period.

Now that Megumi and Blue have successfully found Mirage, it is up to Megumi to free Mirage from Dark Mirror’s wrath. But by the look of it, regardless of the outcome of the right, it looks like Dark Mirror won’t allow Mirage to be saved that easily.
