Otori and Fujimoto join the fray!

Keiki is probably the most frequently blackmailed person I’ve ever seen. At least once a day, every day.

I’m just going to say up front, this episode was probably my favorite so far. It was so damn funny to me. Keiki’s reactions were on point, especially with Otori and Nanjo, and that scene where him and Otori were casually talking as she was printing out just dozens of the pictures of her and Shoma had me dying. I’m still laughing now thinking about it. Also, the “Enough boob fighting!”. A line I never thought I’d see, but I’m so glad I did. One of the many scenes that had me dying.

I’m surprised it took them this long to join the Shodo club. To be honest, I actually didn’t know Nanjo and Yuika weren’t already in the Shodo club. I just kinda assumed they were. Now that everyone is together, I’m sure there is bound to be more shenanigans. Yuika is still intent on training him to be a slave, Sayuki still wants to be a pet, and Nanjo seems like she’s going to try to shut down every advance they make. I’m still not clear on exactly how she’ll manage that though. Judging from what we’ve seen so far, that seems like it’ll be a full time job. How will she continue to find material for her manga! Oh wait. I didn’t even think about this until now. If Otori and Shoma were to start dating, wouldn’t that equally negatively impact Nanjo’s BL stories? Is she going to try to get in the way of that too? I’m curious how extensively they’ll develop that B-line romance. We dunno if Otori deleted the blackmail picture yet, but if she’s still going to make Keiki help her with Shoma, then this could get very complicated. I feel kind of bad for Shoma about being sold out but, at the same time, I really don’t!

Ok, so Sayuki knew about Nanjo. Oh, wait. Actually, she’s a massive fan of Nanjo. Annd now so is Yuika. There is truly no friendship stronger than one built off of doujinshi. Not to mention, every excerpt we’ve seen from Nanjo’s writing is amazing. “You can have my Cake and eat it too.” This is pure gold.

Even when Mizuha isn’t giving advice, she’s still saving the day! Truly the ultimate imouto. The short flashback with the ice cream showed us that they have always been close, although now it seems more like Mizuha is taking care of Keiki. It was kinda random though. Not sure if they’re leading to something with that.

So it turns out the bunny from the preview of last episode was actually Yuika. I was convinced that that’d be the new girl or something. Otori is great. Her sniper-like instincts with the camera are impressive as is the fact that somehow the astronomy club is still open. Isn’t there supposed to be like a minimum amount of students required? I’m not sure any students would stick around after seeing that wall of hers. Then again, I’m slowly doubting the idea that any student in this school is normal. I really like that she’s going after Shoma too. It’s a nice break from the harem. And now that’s she outside the situation, she’s can help Keiki figure out the Cinderella mystery. It’s a win-win. Also, didn’t think I’d be saying this, but if stalking is her only thing that’s actually pretty tame for the show.

Speaking of new girls, not only did we get the white-haired stalker, Otori, but we already have another Cinderella candidate! Exciting times we’re living in. Vice President (of the student council I’m assuming) Fujimoto made quite an entrance. Slo-mo fall down the stairs, the classic dive to save her, and ending up in a fairly compromising position. We all knew it was coming. In line with the rest of the show though, there was less embarrassment and just more… perversion. I don’t know exactly why she wouldn’t get off of him, but she did sniff a few times first. Maybe it’s a smell thing? I honestly can’t predict anything anymore. If she’s vice president, would she maybe have keys to the office? That’d explain how she got in.

I wonder if the teacher is under any suspicion. That’s a long shot, but maybe, just maybe. I don’t know if this is one of those shows, but I always like it when a series actually leaves enough clues for a viewer to figure it out. Some mystery anime will pull BS evidence out the ass at the end which kind of ruins the fun. Not that I’m calling this a mystery anime… We all know why we’re still here at this point.
