Imouto Sae Ireba li Episode 5( The Editor was too Savage)

Songs: God is a Girl(Nightcore Remix) by Grove Coverage, Mr. Vain by Culture Beat, Underdog by You and Me at Six, Over my Head( In a Cable Car) by the Fray, Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO( for Ena, my boy with the abs), Sail by AWOLNation, Work by Rihanna, Work from Home by 5th Harmony, and Actors by All Time Low

Can we all agree that editor was savage? Okay? He went from slightly angry to sadist over the last 5 episodes.

Itsuki’s deadline is coming up and he still did not finish his work.  I really can’t tell if he procrastinates or has serious writing block.

And he runs away from his editor, making him more suspicious, and he always runs away even though his deadline isn’t close. He makes me laugh. The editor is like that teacher that is always roasting kids, assigning them detentions and lots of homework, but he/she tries to congratulate the class at the end on the quarter/semester/trimester, everyone gets dumb scared like they about to get yelled at. Exactly like that.

The editor hit high savage levels when he showed up at the hot springs after he put a GPS device in Itsuki’s clothes. And Itsuki gets locked in the room for 3 days, so he could work on his manuscript. The editor was not playing. He was like, “Oh, h*** no.” Not getting in trouble because he will not finish his work.

Then he trying to work on his manuscript with no success at first, but then Haruto drops off some Valentine chocolate from his fans and a homemade meal from his sister and he gets some inspirations and actually finishes it.

Then that rivalry game. Haruto and Itsuki are freminies in a sense. Damn that about to be really intense. They were in the book store seeing hoe many people brought their book, and then in the coffee shop, they were roasting each other until the editor calls Itsuki and tells him his novel is getting a manga. If the editor didn’t call they would be stone cold roasting( a term that is used when people keep on roasting each other until the roasts don’t make any sense).

That crazy novel getting a manga. Turn Up! (Play Everybody Dance Now by C.C Music Factory.)

I love this show. It is the perfect amount of weird and funny at the same time.

At the hot springs, where Itsuki saw all the old women as hungry werewolf beasts. I almost died. Seriously that is some wild inspiration. Dang.

This commercial cut scene…I didn’t know that was an actual thing editors did. You learn something new about the real world every time you watch this show. Food, drink, sex, the publishing industry, fetishes, you learn just about anything.

We almost halfway through the show. Feelings? Thoughts? It’s been fun so far.

I wonder how Setsuna was able to deflect those old ladies from looking at him like fresh meat, despite being cute-faced and way more muscular than Itsuki.
