(AT LEAST THIS TELLS US THE WRITERS ARE AWARE OF IT.)

All of the above was what I was shouting at my screen as I watched this episode.
(Yeah… so you know how I said I didn’t have time today to do Ep 127 & 128 entries? Well I simply could not wait until tomorrow to watch it so I’m staying up late so I can cover it!!!!!)
I have to to hand it to the writers, because in the previous episode, no one could understand the logic behind the Professor’s plans (including the characters, that’s why Reiji called him out on it). And maybe I am giving the writers too much credit, but I felt this episode gave us a good explanation for the reason why it wasn’t making any sense. I want to believe it is because the writers deliberately made it that way. Leo’s ultimate goal is meant to be an illogical and selfish ambition. He is diagnosed with tunnel vision of his sole focus of bringing back Ray, and is willing to pay whatever price is necessary to do so. It is ironic because here he is yapping about being responsible about creating the devil, when he himself has become one. He is so delusional, that he isn’t able to recognize that everyone else standing in the room thinks he is an absolute madman. He actually thought Reiji would side with him to take Yuuya down, but Reiji doesn’t have time to put up with this insanity. He knows Yuuya and even reassured him that he knows he is not a demon. Now together, Yuuya and Reiji will be dueling the Professor, and Yuushou will be observing in the back. However I am curious about the look on his face, and the card he is holding in his pocket and what it will be used for. Maybe while the kids duel, he will break the girls out? Well he has all sorts of tricks up his sleeves, he can be a crafty one as we have seen when he did the grand escape from Dennis.
The one thing that ticked me off however was how easily the Doctor was eliminated, making it so the whole conflict of the girls being controlled by the parasite a plot to simply draw out Zarc’s inner spirit. While I am happy the girls are finally consciously free again (they are not completely free as they are now trapped in this stupid tubes and had to listen to the Professor’s batshit plan), I am sorely disappointed how anticlimactic it was. I would have LOVED to see someone kick the Doctor’s ass, but no, the professor just had to card him immediately (because he’s too dangerous). Gee, it only took you this long to figure it out eh, Leo? I am telling you, he might be an engineer, but this Leo guy most definitely is not a bright character. Reiji definitely got the brains from his mom at this point.
However there is one thing that still has not been explained and is leaving me terribly confused. We all know Yuuri is part of Revival Zero, but the thing is, as I mentioned in the previous entry, the Professor never treated Yuuri as if he was a devil (ironically he made him into one, GOOD ON YA, REPEATING YOUR MISTAKES TIME AND TIME AGAIN- god this guy is an idiot). Instead he keeps on focusing on Yuuya. Why does he allow Yuuri to roam free? Why has he not eliminated him yet? It is really because he thinks Yuuya is the sole threat? Because if so, that just shows this guy just keeps getting dumber by the minute.
As I am sure you have noticed, I didn’t bother providing a detailed recap in regards of Ray, the original host of Yuzu, Ruri, Rin and Selena. The only thing you need to know is that Ray took Leo’s cards he had created to defeat Zarc, and those cards are actually the bracelets. So when the time is right, I am sure those bracelets will be transformed into cards and we may potentially get the chance to finally see the girls play a major role by saving the boys once they inevitably reunite as one.
And with that in mind, perhaps this is what will be the final focus because Reiji and Yuuya are already dueling against the Professor (which is admittedly sooner than I anticipated). So I guess something is going to happen, which will result Zarc’s rebirth since he doesn’t need the realms to become one again, and ultimately Zarc will be the final boss. I won’t lie though, I am perplexed how the writers are going to execute this. Pacing has not been their strong point for quite a while now…
eva i a bit understand of leo want to bring his daughter back and the original world. after all he is the only one from all the characters that lived in the original world before it splitted into 4 but the way he doing this is the problem here.now dont get me wrong i not defend him i just saying it understandable he want the child he lost back
I’m just going to come out and say this: The brainwash and the Doctor just like the majority of the show right now was pointless.
Ruri’s subconsciousness crap came right the hell out of nowhere to give Shun a win when afterwards he constantly gets passed out and never addressed/seen again.
Serena’s just a lazy way to kidnap Yuzu and shilling Parasite cards that will mostly never be printed except Fusioner.
Yuzu’s was for 5 seconds just to piss off Yuya, create a new card out of nowhere that gives him a win and even then the opponents get back up like it was nothing.
Rin’s the only one that did something noteworthy like showing her main cards plus a new fusion leading to Yugo’s first/only loss, all in one episode and is never seen again until later like the rest.
Just like earlier, the ideas were good and could have actually lead to something but the execution just drags it down as much as it did. This was basically an excuse to get more villains when the previous ones were either a list of random no names, got converted to soon, weren’t taken seriously enough, and ones that had little buildup but will take great pains to make you think that.
Leo again confirms he’s a moron with him have this kind of knowledge yet responsibility for making Yuri into a psychopath only now to realize he fucked up and not getting (Brainwashed)Rin to card Yugo after beating him.
Lastly, I can’t be the only one thinking that he states he attack many Dimension when from what we’ve seen, XYZ alone got the worst of it. That alone bothers that Synchro(ignored completely under Leo’s own order for a retrieval mission) and Standard(if you count the battle royale participants and ones Shun carded but they were never used for the machine as we’ve seen OF just toss them aside) were never once harmed in anyway. Because of that, it decreases any sense of danger & drama this series was building up since Standard. With a casts like this, the best thing should have been done was lose certain characters in every arc to have more investment in the story & characters and to avoid having this overcrowded syndrome that the final arc is suffering. It’s much better than the poor treatment they’ve been getting now.
Yup it was utterly pointless. It was just a ploy for angst and an extremely lazy way to force Zarc’s awakening. They definitely could have done something with it, or gone with an alternative event to trigger Zarc. :\ They had good ideas, but they never committed to it.
Yeah I thought that was a bit weird considering the scale of the invasion in the XYZ Realm and they yet to do it in same measure for Synchro and the Standard. Where were the big
mechagiants? And like you said it, resulted watering down the danger and threat of Academia. Or was raiding and carding one realm sufficient enough to run the machine? Either way it was not explained well. The biggest flaw in this series was definitely having too many characters, and bringing in the old ones to play major roles in the existing one, while sacrificing the ones who been a part of the journey since Day 1 was a huge mistake.I think the main problem was having too much Nostalgia when it’s not needed but the writers and Director took great pains otherwise because of it being an anniversary series. We seen a huge casts back at Standard arc at their best and still uses reference towards previous series the right way and gave a lot of expectations, unfortunately those said expectations fell incredibly flat.
The Nostalgia was an overkill. I think many of us would have been satisfied with simply seeing the characters walk by, maybe greet the new cast, but not actively be part of the big events. The one thing I always love about AUs is when we see a protagonist from another series just living a normal life as just another face in the crowd, without being burdened with main characters’ duties.
I also don’t get how he could fully activate “Arc V” (dat doomsday machine) with overwhelmingly carded Xyz citizens when the other two dimensions (maybe three if he also decided to do that to citizens of Fusion Dimension) were left largely intact. I REALLY wanted the Synchro bastards to suffer the similar fate… NEVER happened. I’m also ready to cheer when the FUCKING SHIVERS KID gets carded… that also NEVER happened. Y’know what, fuck Leo, ROGER is my real favourite villain in this show.
Last week, we witnessed how Real Solid Vision actually brought ruin to humanity… except it wasn’t really THE END because a badass heroine saved the day. ONWARD TO THE THRILLING CONCLUSION!
• Sugar… Spice… And everything nice… These were the ingredients to create Real Solid Vision, but Professor Akaba Leo accidentally added an extra ingredient to concoction: Chemical Zarc!
• Y’know Leo, you should probably be keeping a closer eye on the three (technically four) Yutagonists in your castle.
• WOW! That was dick move. Leo totally fucked with the logic of Yugi-verse and carded the “Doctor” immediately WITHOUT playing a card game. :p
• Congratulations Yuya, you’re the last person in the universe to finally see your long-lost father.
• O c’mon Yuya & Yuto! You guys could mention the names of Yuzu, Serena and Ruri, but poor Rin was NOT being mentioned even once?? Man, if only Yugo was here as well… ;_;
• Okay, so were all the Yutagonists and Yu-waifus just randomly willed into existence or something? I’m sure Yusho probably saw his son came out of Yoko’s… Y’know what I mean. 😉
• WELCOME BACK TO THE PLOT! 😀
• Flowers, Moon, Wind, Birds… YES! WE’VE FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! Those are the basis for the decks that the Yu-waifus are using! Now if only the show reveals us the origins of the decks that the four Yutagonists are using because they are quite incompatible with each other…
• Okay, so how long exactly was Zarc waiting to destroy the world because realistically it would’ve taken Leo a REALLY LONG time to develop those countermeasures against him.
• WE FINALLY HAVE THE NAME OF THE ORIGINAL YU-WAIFU: RAY!
• Ray was actually Leo’s daughter?!! Congratulations Reiji, you had a cross-dimensional onee-sama!
• The platform that Ray was standing on looks so similar to the Baria Crystals…
• The birth of the Four Bracelets! Guess that’s how Yuzu’s bracelet keeps separating the 4 Yutagonists.
• In the end, we STILL haven’t received any confirmation if the Original Dimension was the original YGO Timeline. That only matters because it would explain all the cameo characters.
• Leo: “Holograms? Without mass? NOT ON MY WATCH!”
• On one hand, Leo ISN’T actually a bad guy. He’ll bend Heaven, Earth and even Dimensions to get his daughter back. On the other hand, he IS actually a bad guy because he did wage a war of aggression against other Dimensions and countless innocent civilians were carded due to his selfish desires (but I personally don’t care about Zexal Land citizens because they totally deserved it. MUHAHAHAHA!!).
• ARC-V! THE TITLE HAS BEEN SAID! IT HAS ITS MEANING! 😀
• REVIVAL ZERO! Let’s hope that Leo fulfills our wishes and succeeds in doing the impossible! Screw the rules so it’s possible to revive Elemental Hero Absolute Zero from the Graveyard! 😀
• Okay, this raises a question…Why did Leo specifically choose to settle in the Fusion Dimension and built the Duel Academia to train skilled duel soldiers and wage war against other Dimensions? He could’ve easily accomplished that with the LDS he founded in Standard.

Thank you, this was my reposes to Leo’s idiotic plan, I’ve been waiting for you to get to this episode, I’ve been holding back in my other posts so as not to spoil you, but now I can cut loose.
LEO IS THE MOST STUPID AND SELFISH VILLAIN IN THE YUGIOH SERIES! And that’s saying something considering how many villains we’ve had. Ray defiantly won’t be to happy to find out she was revived by her father destroying the four Dimension. Seriously he took over Fusion and physiologically messed up all the people into following his crazy plan. He pretty much destroyed the Xyz Dimension. He messed a good number of lives from Standard and Synchro. He couldn’t just let her sacrifice that brought peace to the 4 Dimension stand, he had to bring war to the Dimensions and ruin everything. You couldn’t just let everyone live in the peace for the most part(the Synchro Dimension would have probably still been as messed up as it was). You had to attack and mess everyone up, no one in any of the Dimensions deserved that, they were full of innocent people, little children, all living for the most part happy normal lives, including the reincarnations of Ray and Zark, you had no right to take that all away.
What ticked me off the most was when he said Yusho wasn’t Yuya’s father, yeah your one to talk Mr. Worst Father of the f-ing Millennium. He might be a reincarnation of Zark, but I’ve seen reincarnation in anime before like Sailor Moon, I know how it works, it doesn’t matter if all the counterparts have part of Zark and Ray in them. It doesn’t make Yuya and Zuzu(Yuzu) parents from Standard any less there parents, the same applies to Yuto and Lulu(Ruri)’s parents from the Xyz Dimension(who were probably carded like Kite(Kaito)’s family, thanks to Leo), that also doesn’t make Lulu(Ruri) and Shay(Shun) any less brother and sister.But Leo didn’t care he took them from there homes and families and ruined there lives, all for the most stupid and contradicting plan in the history of plans. Honestly Leo leaving Declan(Reigi) and his mom 3 years ago when Declan(Reigi) was 13 was probably for the best, they were better off without that madman, especially since they hadn’t adopted Riley(Reria) yet, can you imagine what Leo could have done to Declan(Reigi) and Riley(Reria) if he raised the, I mean look how Yuri and all the students at Duel Acedmey turned out, worst father ever.
On the plus side the Doctor’s finally gone, a little anti-climatic, but at least the girls have control again, although considering the situation they are in right now there still not exactly safe.

How is that mindset any different than what existed and the root of the problem that took place in the original world? Yeah Roger was definitely a better villain then Leo, for one his plan made sense, and when he lost it he was fun to watch, unlike Leo. Roger also utilized his army more then Leo. Seriously when Leo was going to invade the Sychro Dimension, I thought he was going to send an army like in Xyz, for two reasons, one, the last two girls he need where there. And two, Dennis undoubtedly reported everything about Synchro to Leo, so he should know there was an army of security and his sons elite Lancers there to deal with, so only a massive army would be sufficient to deal with them all. I so wanted to see a large chunk of those Synchro jerks get carded. But, no he only sent a small squad, that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy episodes 89 to 92, I was just expecting a lot more from Leo’s forces.
The only thing Dennis offered was that the two girls were in Synchro. He never offered any pendulums which they could have use to manufacture and make things easier. It’s even backed up that Leo only brought them as a retrieval mission and that’s it, we literally see them passing people and only in Synchro once they lose their automatically teleported back to Fusion(something that wasn’t used in Standard, XYZ nor anywhere else but this).
