Eva: Never watched it.
Vantage: I remember this! Never watched it though.
Berry: Heard it’s a sweet show, but I don’t feel like watching it.
Nikolita: This show continues to be a big no for me.
Charibo: Nope and I did not watch the first season.
Oki: The issue with shows like this is it is both thought provoking and uncomfortable. You see someone grow, but as a woman myself this was an awkward time for me and it definitely gives me unwanted feelings of nostalgia

Summary: Tei Kiriyama is a 17-year-old boy who recently started living alone, financed by his salary as a professional Shogi player. Despite his independence, however, he’s yet to mature emotionally, and his problems continue to haunt him in his daily life. His relationship with his adoptive family is strained, and he has difficulties interacting with his fellow high school students. Meanwhile, his professional career has entered a slump. Burdened with the heavy expectations placed on him as the fifth to become pro in middle school, his wins and losses are fluctuating as his record and progression into the ranks begin to stagnate. Acquainted with Rei are the three Kawamoto sisters: Akari, Hinata, and Momo. Unlike Rei, they live happily in their modest home, which they warmly welcome Rei into as if he were one of their own. Despite his reservations about becoming too close to the family, he frequently visits, interacting with them and receiving the kind of care and affection he never quite had while under his foster home. This is the story of Rei’s triumphs and failures, relationships new and old, and his growth as a person.

Eva: Let’s be real how can be NOT be hyped about this? I can’t wait to watch this!
Vantage: I know this manga has an excellent reputation, and that SHAFT was generally lauded as a great choice for the adaptation. Really looking forward to it!
Berry: I don’t know anything about Shogi, but this show looks lovely.
Nikolita: Pass. However it gets props from me for being a somewhat original show idea. Looks great too!
Charibo: I don’t know, maybe?
Oki: It definitely sounds very moving, but I don’t think I can particularly adjust to the kind of show focusing on a protagonist with such a demanding form of independence who also does not know how to be independent.

Summary: Second cours of Ajin.
Ajin are humans that cannot die. Seventeen years ago, they first appeared on a battlefield in Africa. From then on, more of their kind are discovered within the human society. Eva: Haha..hahaha…. *RUNS AWAY* NEVARRRRRR!!!
Vantage: Did the first season of this ever make it out of Netflix? Just like with Sinbad no Bouken, if you don’t have a subscription, then don’t count on actually watching this until the season’s over.
Berry: Ahh…Ajin. I covered the first season, and I did like it, but I don’t think I’m going to cover this. There’s other sequels this season for me to tackle and I don’t want to overwhelm myself.
Nikolita: Berserk was like the sole horror anime I’d ever voluntarily watch. Therefore pass on this one.
Charibo: The Opening of the first season was good… and that’s probably the only thing that was good…
Oki: I have issues with its style of animation and I don’t care to watch the entire first season in time to cover this.
All Out!!
Animation Company: Madhouse x TMS Entertainment
Website: http://allout-anime.com/
Genre: School, Seinen, Sports
Airing Date: October 2016
Summary: In rugby, there is no ace striker, there is no number four batter, so who is the star of the team?
The story begins at school entrance ceremony of Kanagawa High School where Kenji Gion, a small but gutsy go-getter joins the rugby club. He joins with his classmate, Iwashimizu, who has a complicated past and sub-captain Hachiouji, who always takes good care of his Club members. Lastly, there is Captain Sekizan, who has overwhelming powers but keeps his cards close to his chest. With such differences in both personality and physical performance, the team must learn to work and grow together so they can become the best.
Trailer: PV 1 | PV 2

Eva: Rudby eh? I might watch it since it’s a different sport adaption. I am always open to more variety!
Vantage: A rugby anime? I can’t say I’m much of a fan, but I might try this for the sheer novelty. Also Madhouse.
Berry: Rugby is not a thing here in the States. I’m sure people play it…somewhere. But we have American Football which is the popular thing that looks like rugby? So yeah obviously I know nothing about rugby, but sports anime…so I have to watch this.
Nikolita: Ha, I didn’t think much of the poster until I read Charibo’s comment and now I can’t unsee it. But yeah, it’s a sports anime so pass.
Charibo: DAT ASS! Sorry to sound so thirty but it’s the thing that stands out the most in this visual. They literally put it at the center of the picture so that was intentional. I’m not a huge fan of rugby but because my family, friends and basically my whole town is crazy about rugby I grew up to like it. Heck, I even played rugby for a bit, so I’ll watch the show, for the rugby and for those leg muscles.
Oki: I really enjoyed Eyeshield 21 so there is a chance I’ll check this out, but I am slightly allergic to sports.
Bernard-jou Iwaku.
Animation Company: Creators in Pack
Website: http://www.dreamcreation.co.jp/bernard/

Airing Date: October 2016
Summary: The short gag manga is about the love of famous works of literature. It follows Sawako “Miss Bernard” Machida, a lazy girl who wants to be a well-read person — but does not actually read much. The manga recounts the conversations between “Miss Bernard” and her bookworm friends about the Bible, The Tale of the Heike, Guns, Germs, and Steel, The Door into Summer, The Great Passage, Fermat’s Last Theorem, and more masterpieces that she has not necessarily read.
Trailer: PV 1 | PV 2

Eva: Not feeling this one.
Vantage: I didn’t know there existed a gag manga that discussed Fermat’s Last Theorem. I might try watching this if it’s sufficiently entertaining.
Berry: I love books and reading but…uhhhh…
Nikolita: Maybe? It’s about books and it’s supposed to be funny, so there’s potential.
Charibo: My uncle is named Bernard… I’m only interested in the Tale of Heike. Fermat’s last theorem and Guns, Germs and Steel? Not so much.
Oki: I just can’t. Things this cute make me disinterested.

Eva: Vantage will be psyched for this one. I might try it again, just a question of if the fanservice will turn me away again.
Vantage: Unsurprisingly, I absolutely loved Strike Witches. I’m a little sceptical about Silver Link taking over from Gonzo, but if this spin-off is anything like its inspiration then I think I’m going to really enjoy this.

Nikolita: Haven’t seen the first season because I had no interest, so pass.
Charibo: I did not like the first season very much but I’ll continue to watch it with the hopes things will get better.
Oki: I did not watch the first season. This looks like a very good anime and has an intriguing animation style, but would require too much effort for me to cover.

Summary: University Exams are one of the most influential factors in one’s early life. Depending on the results, a fantastic, high class, honorable life may await you. Or, on the other end of the spectrum, you may be left only leftovers. In this type of battlefield atmosphere, students are always doing their best to “evolve” and survive. “Learning Types” are students who have studied hard their whole lives and legitimately memorized everything they have studied, while “Cheating types” are those who, as the name suggests, only managed to climb the educational ladder by cheating. Though sometimes they must cooperate with each other, there is a great rivalry between the two types. How will the hero “Mumei”, a C Type, followed by the heroin “Koi” a L-Type, struggle in those tests. Now a new battle, one beyond imagination, is about to begin.

Eva: Well… this concept is…. certainly different. I guess I should take a look!
Vantage: I’ve never heard of the studio, but the synopsis sounds really fun! I’ll definitely give it a go.
Berry: Hmm, not sure what to make of the concept but it certainly catches my interest!
Nikolita: I’ve graduated post-secondary already, so the last thing I want to do is watch an anime about taking exams in school. *shudder*
Charibo: Sounds like a Survival type of show… I like the idea, but I don’t want this to be another Big Order, where everything sounded cool to me, until I watched the first episodes…
Oki: I like the look of the characters but don’t really know enough.

ClassicaLoid
Animation Company: Sunrise

Summary: In a rural town undergoing revival through music, high school students Kanae and Sousuke meet none other than Beethoven and Mozart! Calling themselves “ClassicaLoids,” this mysterious duo creates a strange power through the “music” they play. One night, stars fall from the sky and gigantic robots appear, causing trouble every single day! Bach, Chopin, Schubert also appear as ClassicaLoids. What is the mystery behind the powers they possess? Are they humanity’s friend or foe?
Trailer: PV 1 | PV 2 | PV 3
Team Impression
Eva: It looks like Sunrise has been expanding further into the music genre as of the late.
Vantage: I think I would like this a lot more if it took itself seriously instead of turning classical music into a dodgy-looking comedy.
Berry: So Beethoven isn’t deaf in this? Anyway…I’m not sure what to make of this. Playing violin in high school I grew a giant love for these iconic composers. But…to see them all goofy like this is weird. I don’t know if I’ll watch this, I’m on the fence.
Nikolita: Reminds me of a Professor Layton game. Really neat idea but as much as I love music, I don’t think it’s for me.
Charibo: Why not? I like classical music.
Oki: I just don’t want to watch music okay?!

Vantage: Nope.
Berry: They’re very pointy!
Nikolita: Oh god I’m old. ;~;
Charibo: I have yet to see Digimon Adventure… but I doubt I’ll ever have the courage to watch this… And like Eva mentionned, this dude does look like that Yu-Gi-Oh! V character.

Vantage: At least it doesn’t have a heavy focus on Nobunaga, right?
Berry: This looks cool as shit. Interesting art style. The director did the Hellsing OVAs, and even though I know nothing about Hellsing, it looks over the top. The director is also behind Jojo and, well lmao. Take the craziness from both of those shows, and I imagine this show will be a wild ride.
Nikolita: Maaaaaybe?
Charibo: I read “Sekigahara” and I thought, “oh mama, this could be interesting” and then I read about the other worlds thing and my hopes got crushed.

However, when the girls find themselves in danger, the Shard of Mimi shines, and they are able to transform.
Trailer: PV 1 | PV 2

Eva: The PV perked my interest, so I will probably watch at least a few episodes.
Vantage: I find it really interesting that Studio 3Hz keeps experimenting with wildly different art styles and genres despite only being around for a couple of years. You know how you can roughly tell when it’s A-1 or Silver Link producing a show? That’s not the case for these guys at all.
Berry: I’ll admit that I don’t like the art style too much, but this show actually looks really cool. Cute with flashy colors, but it looks like it’s going to get serious and I’m ALL for that. I love magical girl shows with a bit of darkness. :’)
Nikolita: I’m always on the fence with magical girl shows. I like shows from that genre such as Sailor Moon and Puella Magi Madoka Magica, but I tend to stay away from the really kiddy ones. Guess what kind of a vibe this one gives me.
Charibo: ” Papika and Cocona” … I laughed way too much when I read those names…

Eva: … No.
Vantage: Even I have standards. And was it necessary to have so many exclamation marks?
Berry: Everything was perfectly fine until it said they had to push each other off with their butts and boobs. I’m begging you…please. Why can’t we have a female sports anime with no fanservice? Why can’t we have a serious female sports anime? Why can’t you be progressive, Japan? Seeing shit like this honestly makes me so sad.
Nikolita: Charibo said it best in that I would pay to see such a moment too, but I also agree with what Berry said. As a woman, I feel like it would be awesome to have at least one or two genuine female sports anime where the show’s premise is not a joke or an excuse for fanservice.
Charibo: ” They are only allowed to use their butt or breast to push the other off”. The perverted mind of some people always impresses me. I’d pay to see the moment where the guy announced his genius idea to the rest of the team.
Oki: Look there are two people in this blog who deal with fanservice. It’s me and Vantage. We like these kinds of shows and have weird issues, at least I do. But sometimes Jesus tells you no and this is the time.

Now Earth is ruled over by four economic blocs, and the military organization Gjallarhorn is responsible for keeping the peace. Mars, on the other hand, depends heavily on Earth’s economy. The Third Army Division—consisting of Mikazuki Augus, Orga Itsuka, and many other child soldiers—are chosen to protect her.
When Gjallarhorn attacks the CGS facilities to assassinate the young revolutionary threatening their interests, Orga and his comrades must not let the attackers accomplish their goal—in fact, Gjallarhorn’s actions might turn out to be the unintentional catalyst that leads the children to be the forgers of their own destiny.

Eva: Yeah this sounds similar to Natsume Yuujinchou. This is going to have a tough time competing with Natsume Yuujinchou since it’s airing its 5th season this season too.
Vantage: Is this a poor man’s Natsume Yuujinchou? Not that I’ve watched or read that either, even though I really should have by now.
Berry: Not sure about this one, looks cute.
Nikolita: Seems like every season there’s at least one show involving youkai.
Charibo:Sounds like Natsume Yuujinchou, but it ain’t no Natsume Yuujinchou.
Oki: I have a curse…everytime it’s a comedy I can’t cover it.

Eva: I will definitely watch this one, but I won’t cover it. I just hope they will focus more on the sport than you know, fluff.
Vantage: I’m pretty sure this is a CGDCT. In which case, it sounds perfect.
Berry: This show looks more tame, but I’m afraid it’ll be more of a “cute girls doing cute things” show than an actual sports anime because PFFT GIRLS CAN’T BE SERIOUS ABOUT SPORTS, THAT’S NOT CUTE. RIGHT? RIGHT…Japan…you fucks…
Nikolita: Not my thing, but another neat idea for a show. Yay for new ideas!
Charibo: So it’s like Yowamushi Pedal with girls? MEH.

Vantage: I loved the shock ending to the first season, but thought the second season fell flat. I’ll definitely be watching this, although it’s not something I’d be interested in blogging (not least of all because I have a feeling it’ll be doused in a generous helping of the Funimation hardsubs from hell).
Berry: WHY MUST MORE GIRLS SUFFER?! But hey it looks like guys are going to get involved too. WIXOSS is amazing, and considering I blogged one of the seasons, I feel obligated to cover this as well.
Nikolita: I don’t know anything about this series, so pass.

Berry: I don’t think I’ve seen much werewolves in anime? Could be good.
Nikolita: While some supernatural creatures interest me, werewolves have never been one of them. Maybe I’m too picky?
Charibo: Hearing the word “werewolf” reminds me I need to finish Wolf’s rain…. but yeah, I don’t feel like even giving this show a chance.

Vantage: Why, Sunrise? Why?
Berry: Look, more idols for me! But lol there’s probably not going to be any romance.
Nikolita: Ohhh a romantic musical harem? Say it isn’t so! (I also wholeheartedly echo Eva’s sentiments!)
Charibo: I like that sleepy white hair guy, he’s my type of 2D animu bishounen. Aside from that I have no objections to make, it’ll be like Uta no Prince-sama but with a different cast so why not guys… why not. Also, please no romance, romance makes me cringe.

Vantage: Making magical girls suffer is the new black.
Berry: Premise sounds great but the cutesy art style throws me off. Still, I’ll check it out.
Nikolita: It’s like magical girls in the world of the Hunger Games. This is not the magical girl show I’m looking for.
Charibo: Sorry, Magical girl isn’t really my cup of tea but if they actually kill each other and suffer a lot, I’ll watch it. But I want this to be bloody, make it rain.

Eva: Well it’s an original series, which White Fox seems to be awfully better at considering their recent miserable track record.
Vantage: It’s something unusual from White Fox, but I don’t blame them. Gochiusa gives them the credentials to do anything involving cute girls, and after working on the sheer despair and suffering of Re:Zero for six months, I’d also want to stay as far away from anything dark as I possibly can.
Berry: Wow, another magical girl show! This one seems cute and unique so I’ll watch this one too.
Nikolita: Another magical girl show?
Charibo: I can feel my soul leaving my earthly body. Release me from the paiiiin.

Eva: I am not too sure about this one… I am perplexed alright.
Vantage: I can predict, with almost complete accuracy (unless another Konosuba pulls off an upset) that this will top all sales charts for the season, zura. If there’s a franchise with as rabid a fanbase as Kancolle has (albeit female) it is Touken Ranbu. In fact, this is basically a gender-swapped version of Kancolle. I shit you not, I haven’t the least desire to watch this but girls in Japan love this so much that money will be growing on trees at Doga Kobo for the next three months, zura. Speaking of which, Kancolle second season when?

Do not waste any time on pointless introductions, WE KNOW THE GOD DAMN CHARACTERS AND THEIR PERSONALITIES, WE DON’T NEED AN ENTIRE FIRST EPISODE (NOT EVEN HALF!!!) DEVOTED TO THAT FOR A FOURTH TIME. I SWEAR TO GOD, I WILL FLIP IF THAT DO THAT AGAIN! God damn it, I just want this season to be good.
Vantage: Why is this allowed?
Berry: LMAO I HATE MYSELF FOR STILL WATCHING THIS.
Nikolita: Haven’t seen anything from this series, no interest.
Charibo: Again? Another one? Oh okay, guess they want to exploit the Uta no Prince-sama franchise as long as they can. But anyway it’s cool to see Red hair happy guy and Blond Shota again. I forgot their names… sorry.
Oki: Look it’s more idol boys!!

Vantage: I assume this is long-awaited second season to ViViD? If so, I’ll continue where I left off. I’m just finding it really weird how there’s been so little transparency to any new additions to the Nanoha franchise lately, a great example being the supposedly long-deceased third movie.
Berry: This is Nanoha, right? Never got into Nanoha so nope.
Nikolita: Not sure if I will blog it but I might watch it.

Berry: The premise sounds icky.
Nikolita: I will definitely be watching this.
Charibo: Looks to me like a shoujo wanting to be different from all the other ones but who’s going to end up generic as well. I’ll see how it turns out but I’m a bit skeptical. Also nice message show, the guys are only interested in her after she loses some weight? Oh mama this is going to be fun.

Overall Thoughts
Eva: (Got bored of my color, decided to switch it up!) Ah time flies by so fast, it’s autumn already! I never pictured fall to be a musical season, but boy there are quite a bit of music shows going on. Music and Idol Lovers will be digging what this season has to offer, but alas let’s up they actually deliver- you know, THE ROMANCE (if it’s included in the genre). Other than that there are a couple of heart-warming shows that will probably make me cry, like 3-Gatsu no Lion and Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari! I am looking forward to Shuumatsu no Izetta, continueing Gundam Tekketsu S2 (frankly speaking: I AM NOT READY FOR THIS) and am slightly dreading Utapri S4. I told myself I won’t waste any time with this series anymore if they don’t pick up exactly where they left off. Overall the season doesn’t look too shabby, but it certainly feels like a lacklustre conclusion to the 2016 season.
Vantage: Fall feels kind of underwhelming this year. Maybe it’s because there seem to be more sports-oriented stuff and series catering to fujoshis than there normally are. Heavyweights to watch out for include Shuumatsu no Izetta, Sangatsu no Lion and the long-awaited sequel to Hibike! Euphonium, as well as maybe Occultic;Nine if it lives up to its pedigree. Fune wo Amu potentially feels like a sleeper hit too. Both Re:Zero and Rewrite will be ending, so I’ll have the capacity to blog all three of Hibike! Euphonium, ViViD Strike! and Brave Witches, none of which should be surprising picks (and all three have ostensibly yuri elements, come to think of it). If time allows, I’ll try out Luger Code 1951 as well. Let’s see how things go.
Berry: Aaahaha…I signed up for a lot of shows, and I still have Jojo. A lot of magical girls and music shows, which I love. There are actually quite a bit that I’m interested in, and I’m actually not too sure that I’m going to blog all the shows that I signed up for since I’m starting my senior year of university. And trying to keep up with all the shows I want to just watch will be tough too, just like with the summer shows. But this season looks like it’ll be fun to watch. Also, there’s like…no fanservice harem shows. IS ANIME SAVED?
Nikolita: After picking up four shows last season and finishing off with Endride, I’m definitely going into this season with the intention of blogging fewer shows. There are a couple I’d ordinarily consider trying but I don’t think I’d like them enough to pick them up, and then if I like them I’d have to keep going with them, so it’s easier to just limit myself from the start. This season looks like a nice blend of romance and books, which is me personified. Watashi ga Motete Dousunda in particular will end up being my guilty pleasure this season, I suspect, and I for sure want to catch the first few episodes to see if it’s any good. Damn my reverse harem-loving shipper heart!
Charibo: Surprisingly enough, there’s only a couple of shows I’m interested in this season. I’m especially looking forward to Yuri!! on Ice, because sports anime is awesome and the animation looks gorgeous and also Gakuen Handsome (I don’t think I need to explain why I’m interested, this is clearly the AOTY). I’m also considering blogging about Natsume Yuujinchou which is one of my favorite franchises ever but I don’t know if I’ll manage to make entertaining and interesting reviews about it. Finally, there’s Haikyuu!! S3 of course, but I’m still salty about the number of episodes… Only 10 is not enough at all! So yeah, that’s probably the shows I’ll end up blogging about… and aside from the male idol shows I don’t think I’ll watch many things because everything feels “meh” to me.
Oki: I am excited for this season solely to finally see Kiss Him Not Me, aka Watashi Ga Motete Dousunda. The manga is hilarious and beautiful and while the premise seemed wonky at first, reading the manga every character grew and seemed to find a genuine place of love for the main character in their heart. The tentative nature of the show won me over and now I’m ecstatic to see what it will become! On top of that there are a few other interesting shows I hope to share, and of course Aoi Oni. If you need any background into that even you tubers like Markiplier played Let’s Plays of the game, but it is a fun experience on its own. Ugh, it should be a good season! (but Lord bless me all the meguca moe shows..)
Yu Kobayashi playing a Fujoshi ?
I gotta see this (at least one episode)
Ummm what happened Star-Myu aka High School Star Musical? I read somewhere a second season will be aired in fall? Or did they change it?
From what I’ve seen, it’s supposed to come out in Spring 2017 (April) 🙂
@Vantage: Vivid Strike, according to secondhand information I have heard, is not the second season of Nanoha Vivid, but a spinoff set one year after the events of Nanoha Vivid. Apparently there’s been some messy stuff going on behind the scenes involving contracts and whatnot, which seem to have been interfering with Vivid’s continuation (Nanoha Vivid never even received a disc release, apparently). Some fans are hoping that Vivid Strike is aiming to re-ignite interest in the series, in order to allow them to finish up seas 2 of Nanoha Vivid.
One thing Vivid Strike is NOT going to have is NANOHA. Yukari Tamura is not among the cast, nor is anyone who voiced any of the adult characters, aside from Nove.
Vivid season 2 has actually been confirmed for next year. BD for first season also been confirmed just recently.
Regarding the second season, if you’re talking about the news story from Crunchyroll I’m going to remain skeptical because the source of the information was simply promo material for a pachinko machine. Also it still lists Yukari Tamura as cast, but with her having ended her contract with King Records, that seems questionable.
I’ve heard nothing about BD release for season 1, but that may have slipped under my radar since I’ve been more concerned about upcoming seasons than the one that’s already gone by.
I can corroborate as far as the ViViD S1 BD is concerned. You’re probably right to have doubts about an S2 though, I’ll just stay hopeful until something concrete appears.
Something to add, A-1 Picture will make Vivid season 2, Vivid Strike is a Seven Arcs work (just like the original trilogy)
B-but I love Nanoha! It’ll be really weird without her. I’m fine with the focus being on a new generation of lolis and all, but at heart my attachment to the series has a lot to do with the original cast of characters. In light of that, I wonder whether it’s right to attempt to re-ignite interest by ballooning the cast even further with a whole new story, as popular as Minase Inori seems to currently be (and as much as I love her). Of course, I’ll reserve proper judgment until it actually airs. What I do know will re-ignite interest is the Movie 3rd Reflection and its speculated focus on Nanoha and Fate-chan in their teenage years in the military, possibly post-accident. But that seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.
I’m by no means up-to-date enough with Nanoha-related current affairs to be in the know, but did any detailed explanation surface for the way S1 just abruptly stopped with no indication of anything to come? Not continuing is one thing, but from what I remember they didn’t even seem to acknowledge that it was the last episode.
I don’t know, I’m afraid. Nowhere I’ve looked really has an explanation. There are theories in plenty about contract and/or rights disputes (some guess that Yukarin’s departure from King Records may be fallout from that, although it’s belated if that’s the case), about quality issues resulting in poor viewer numbers, various things, but I haven’t seen any explanation that indicates anyone knows for certain.
What I can say is that a series usually starts getting its discs ready and taking pre-orders for them while the series is still airing. The pre-order listings are actually one of the things they use to help gauge a series’ popularity. The fact that we’re just starting to hear about the BD’s NOW… SOMETHING must have happened. Something that interfered with their normal release cycle. Perhaps a something that could even have caused them to abort the series in the middle until they worked it out? I don’t know. I can’t find anything other than speculation about this, and it frustrates me.
On a different note, I agree that doing a series in the Nanoha-verse without actually having Nanoha in it feels very strange. When I first heard about it, and heard about Yukarin’s contract issues possibly meaning that she might never be involved in the franchise again, it… felt like the ground had been pulled out from under me. The Nanoha series is a foundational series for me, and Nanoha herself is iconic: not just as the face of the series, but as the character who introduced me to Yukari Tamura, and resulted in me accepting her as one of my favorite seiyuu. I am still looking forward to Vivid Strike: I want to see what this is, and how it goes. But I wish Nanoha were here.
Some trivia on the new animes:
1) Sangatsu no Lion is by Umino Chika, creator of the Honey and Clover manga, and character designer of the Higashi no Eden anime series. If you like her works and design, you’ll like Lion.
2)Haikyuu S3 only has 10 episodes because there’s not enough source material left to adapt. The manga’s still ongoing, so the animators need to pace themselves to make sure they don’t catch up with the manga yet. (The other solution being using fillers, like Naruto and Twin Star Exorcists).
3) Ao Oni’s getting an anime movie next year, and there’s already a live action movie too. Has anyone played the source game before?
4)I’m not surprised at Keijo’s content. Apparently the last work of the mangaka featured an exorcist who had to grope women’s boobs to exorcise the evil ghosts haunting them.
Was hoping for more psycological stuff this season 😛
Charibo wins best comment award. “Magical girl isn’t really my cup of tea but if they actually kill each other and suffer a lot, I’ll watch it. But I want this to be bloody, make it rain.” That warmed the empty space where my heart should be. Et pour cela, je vous remercie.
