The Orphanage was going to close down so it was in order to save it that Timothy started being Phantom G. He was simply trying to gain enough money to prevent the Orphanage from closing since he really wanted to stay there, where he had finally found some sort of loving family. However, by doing so, he put the lives of other people in danger who were in a bad situation just like him. It’s by realizing this fact that Timothy was able to awake to his true power, by doing the right things all by himself. And by doing the right things I mean killing the bad guys, because that’s what good guys do right?

It’s when an Akuma is about to kill Emilia who stood up for him, that his full ability awakens. Thanks to the power of his innocence, he can now take possession of the enemy’s body and transform it into is own. His innocence is named Tsukikami and takes the apparence of a rather good looking fellow with a strong accent. It’s apparently the image that Timothy has of himself… which is not really accurate but let’s not crush a kid’s dreams for the moment.

vlcsnap-2016-07-19-20h46m28s115So with his new power, Timothy can posses Akumas but only level 2 for the moment, thus he has troubles fighting the level 3 one. But Timothy did not know that so he left the Level 2 Akuma he possessed, to try take over the level 3 Akuma because he probably thought “Hey yo, 3 is superior to 2, I’ll be stronger if I take over the level 3 Akuma”. But he failed and wasn’t able to go  back to Level 2 Akuma because once he has leaved an Akuma body, the latter is purified by the innocence and gets destroyed. So Timothy is left without any body and about to get rekt by another Akuma (It is quite hard to keep a track on all of them), Link is able to protect him because the doll curse put by the Level 2 Akuma is slowly going away since the latter was purified by Timothy. Fiiou, that was hard to sum up…

Link being awesome (as always)

vlcsnap-2016-07-19-20h41m54s944When Link is about to get kill (because even if he’s awesome, the curse if still there and makes him weaker than he really is), a strange guy called Madaro, member of the Crow too, eats the Level 3 Akuma. Yup, he eat it…  well, to be more precise, he adsorbed it with his arm. Links mentions that he doesn’t feel like this guy has any innocence and based on what we saw earlier, this mysterious guy was able to cross the Akuma border set around the orphanage. Apparently only Akumas can do that, so it’s clear that this guy is neither a regular exorcist nor a mere human.

Allen uses his Crown Clown sword to stab the Level 5 Akuma but he stabs himself with it too. He thought he would be fine since his innocence only has an effect on Akumas and members of the Noah family, like we saw last episode when he used it on Link. However, since Allen is the 14th’s host… well… technically his innocence works on him too. So his innocence is hurting him so much that Neah, the 14th takes control of Allen’s body for a quick moment ( too quick in my opinion).

A really quick moment but long enough for the Noah family, the Akuma and Kanda to notice. The latter manages to wake up Allen by shouting at him and freaking slashing the Level 5 Akuma in front of him.

vlcsnap-2016-07-19-20h47m53s784After the fight, everyone is saved and relatively happy. Timothy is going to join the order but only after Komui has paid for the damages Timothy has caused. Before leaving, he has a last talk with Mother Superior and looked so cute talking to her and crying that my heart skipped a bit…
Watching that scene from not so far away, Allen sees ressemblance between his child self and Timothy and mentions Mana. Links remarks that Allen is talking about Mana more freely and Allen realizes that too. But to him, it’s more talking about Mana without feeling any pain. Then,  Allen jokes  a bit about it but ya all know it’s a rather serious matter, Kanda too.

Random babbling/Fan-girl corner:

Gosh. I knew there were going to be loads of awesome scenes in this episode but my heart wasn’t ready for it. The quick “Neah take over” was definitely the highlight of the episode for me. His voice is A+++, I want moar, give me moar.
The few Noah we saw are looking gureito too, now show me ma boy Wisely!vlcsnap-2016-07-19-20h45m29s132

I wished the quick part where Allen says to Kanda “I told you it’s Allen” had better Art though… like a nice beautiful shot like the one where Kanda is about to stab Allen/Neah. It’s not that the Art is bad though… it’s just that it was one of my favorite caps from the chapter, and I don’t know why but I care a lot about it (maybe because Allen is wonderfully attractive in it, just sayin’).

I even tried to redraw it.. with more or less success…allen_walker_by_charibo-d9uhkc1original

But I’ll stick to what I said before, I won’t bitch about the animation too much. And to be fair, I saw no horrible things in the episode. The whole animation was pretty solid and the funny faces were still funny as hell. I finally have the feeling that I’m getting the “D.Gray-man vibe” back again. Not the one from the previous anime adaptation because the previous anime and Hallow are two different things to me, but I’m talking about this feeling that I’m watching D.Gray man and not any other show.

Hummm…. that might be a bit confusing, I don’t know if I’m clear enough here, but those things are hard to explain with words, so I’m sorry if I lost you for a second here.

Now that Timothy’s introductory arc is done we all know what’s awaiting us…
Pain
Alma
PAIIIIIIIN
And more suffering
I can’t wait.
