Kyoukai no Rinne ep 10 [ Ho Boy ]

In this episode. . . Rinne got sick. Goddamn I hate episodic crap like this. Wait, except the damashigami’s come for him and woops. It’s someone we probably know but that Rinne does not. If you will recall, the certain orange haired person from before.

As it turns out they get medicine solely because all the damashigamis are worth a bounty, so I guess the concept of it being a filler episode is wrong. Instead it seems to be more like a lead in episode to something important. We also learn about the debt that Rokudou’s granma apparently racked up thanks to Rinne’s grandpa having his life extended.

And yup, this guy is in fact Rinne’s father. On top of it, Rinne’s father is a total loser who takes him for all he owns. Aw man. Even worse, he’s the President of a damashigami company. Welp, I called it, Rinne’s father is a trouble maker and pretty much uses his son in a bad bad way. Even to the point of. . . using his damashigamis and rinne’s tatami mat to capture them all?!

We learn basically how bad a person his dad is. The loan his grandma had thanks to saving his grandpa’s life was paid off ten years ago, but Rinne’s father even broke into their house to steal his son’s piggy bank. He also nonchalantly told him his mother was actually dead at the same time. Wow, father of the fucking year award goes to this guy. He even lied to him in this story and said she wasn’t dead, just to bring him to his headquarters with a bunch of sexy damashigamis who could be his ‘mom’. …In a ‘mom’ competition.

I. . . I hate this man beyond all reason. What a . . ..what a. . .and then a bunch of girl’s want Rinne for themself and just. . .this guy is like the worst. I thought when he appeared he’d be more menacing and less. . .wtf. And basically, he’s forcing Rinne to come to the company and get ‘engaged’. So, this is a two parter episode. Sakura finds out at the very end and. . . wow.

I just. . . can I punt this dad? Just. . .fuck him. SMH.
