Remember the Baseball kid from episode 2? Well, do ya? I do, and he’s the focus of this episode. So, the E class as per usual gets the short end of the stick. As each class competes against each other in baseball and basketball. The E class gets to go against the clubs, baseball for the boys and basketball for the girls. So Sugino gets all fired up to take down the baseball team and show off his new class and his new friends to his old, not E-class friends.
So Koro-sensei trains them to fight the baseball club was their assassination target. They score three in the first round, the crowd is in an uproar. Then, in comes Principal A-hole. So, is the secret to this series that he’s really the inhuman monster that is going to blow up the earth? Because I wouldn’t be surprised, anyone this needlessly cruel can not be really human.
So, intimidating the Teams Captain into sickness. He claims that the Captain had been sick all along and that the baseball club was so worried about the Captain that they couldn’t play at their full potential and he would be taking over as the captain for the best of the match. [God I hate him]
So he instructs the Team on how to counter the tactics the E-class had been using.
They start beating out the class and Koro-sensei isn’t entirely sure what to do, but he instructs Karma to rile up the audience. So Karma does, in that sexy way that Karma does things.
So eventually when the E-class plays the same trick that the Baseball club did, nobody can complain. Not even the principal. So long story short, the E-class wins. Sugino gets to brag to his old friends about his new ones. Everyone is happy. Well, by everyone, I mean the members of the E class. The other classes, the principal and the baseball club not so much….
WELL MAYBE IF YOU WEREN’T SUCH JACK -beep beep beep- THIS WOULDN’T HAPPEN. [This school system makes me so mad]
This episode didn’t have a lot going on, except the comparisons of the Principal against Koro-sensei and how similar they are as educators but different as people. It’s one for one between Mid-terms and this, the next time the two of them will clash will be at the final exams. Oh dear, I have all kinds of bad feelings about this. As for this episode in particular, it was good, but it didn’t do much to further the plot.
Nobody even tried to kill Koro-sensei this episode, it’s fun, but an episode that could be skipped. Welp, that’s all there is to say.
