The full raid is in commence in Akihabara. The plan is pretty simple. Everyone is divided into teams of two or three, and everyone is situated in a certain spot all throughtout the city. Rieze and Kyouko are on top of the guild building, watching the fights from afar while also handling group chats. Since the murderer encountered Akatsuki first, it’s Akatsuki’s job leading the murderer around the city. Leading him to designated spots where the other groups are lets the other group fight the murderer, while Akatsuki and Marie get away, with Marie healing Akatsuki. The others do the same, fight and heal. The murderer keeps teleporting to where Akatsuki is, so she fights him the most.
Akatsuki had done so much when it came to training, and in the end, accepting her weaknesses, helped her finally gain a new skill; her own Teachings: Shadow Lurk. It’s basically a power up from one of her other skills, where Akatsuki multiplies herself. But before it was only when she was standing still, but with Shadow Lurk, she can use this technique at any time, like in the air for example. And gosh I was so proud of her. I’ve just been really proud of Akatsuki in these last episodes about her. I loved her development, I love that she accepts her weaknesses and uses them to her advantage, and she’s becoming stronger. I absolutely love this. Akatsuki loses her weapon, but then the girl from the weapon’s shop Akatsuki always went to, helped Akatsuki and forged a weapon specifically for her. Yay!
Plus, everything is going according to plan. Meanwhile, Princess Lenessia has decided to shut off the magic supply in Akihabara and speaks with Kinjou. When accepting the consequences, Kinjou takes Lenessia and Henrietta into some secret room where they would be able to turn off the magic, in turn making the murderer’s Royal Guard armor abilities just like regular armor.
Akatsuki leads the murderer to where Rieze and Kyouko are. Waiting at the right time when the magic supply would be shut down, Rieze uses a powerful attack against him and freezes him in place. Akatsuki then proceeds to destroy the katana the murderer had, which was the main objective in the first place. It wasn’t to kill him, it was to destroy the curse in the katana.
So how do the ladies celebrate?
Hell yeah, a pajama party. The curfew has been lifted from the city (so the adventurers wouldn’t interfere by boosting the murderer’s stats), and now they’re all having a party outside. But the ladies are having a pajama party celebrating their victory. They all look cute in their pjs. And really, they totally deserve it. Akatsuki goes outside and receives a telepathic call from Shiroe, with him congratulating her. It was funny seeing Akatsuki trying not to be embarrassed and trying to play cool. The murderer chapters are over now, and next week we’ll be back focusing on Shiroe and the raid.
