This show is incredibly endearing, and also a comedy. As you might learn with me I tend to view comedies as highly enjoyable but hard to review, so for this review I’ll give you a summary and a gallery, and you can go from there. I’d say the main reason I liked to watch this episode was because it reminds me why anime that isn’t the greatest can still be enjoyable- as a medium, anime represents a lot of good and interesting things and this show strikes me that way. I found the main characters very cute and charming.
One of the biggest reasons I liked this episode is because of the main character. He is a flagrant pervert, really charming in his own right, and yet he cares about the girls he’s around. He isn’t making them into walking boobies, he’s viewing most of them as people and also wanting to get some action. The episodes main premise begins when he and his friends in the occult club choose him to make a wish, and he wishes for girls panties. Perfection. So when he gets home, there are panties waiting for him- and their owner. . .well, is a witch.
The girl is going to take his life for the wish, but later we learn just giving out her panties was a terrible crime against witches. So during the day she’s in a hurry to get them back, while the main character is…trying to see under her skirt. There’s not much point in summarizing a comedy, but this anime is definitely enjoyable. The main characters are fun and I recommend most of the jokes. On top of it, Rurumo is a sweet character who wants to help the pervert main character and recognizes his good traits too.
I say? Watch it. I’ll give this show three episodes because it’s very cute, well meaning, and it’s not hurting anyone. If it keeps me laughing, I’ll keep covering it until then. Because come on, KING OF PERVERTS
Art- 7/10
Music – 7/10
Plot 5/10 (woefully average, but we’ll see)
