First off, unlike Tenderfoot I am not familiar with the whole story of Piper of Hamelin. I know the common knowledge of it, but that’s it. (God knows WHY this wasn’t brought up at all when I was taking Folklore class *RAGEQUIT*) So with that said, I can’t elaborate on something that I don’t have enough knowledge on… Well there is one thing we know for sure. Things are about to get really ugly. So pretty much thanks to the Piper there are now everyone wounded up as mindless zombies and a huge massacre about to take place.
During the first half Kasukabe surrendered during her match so that her Gift wouldn’t be destroyed (which I think was a smart move on her part). But all in honestly I was so confused with Jack-O-Latern he’s a demon, immortal and during the fight he looked all dangerous and all- then afterwards he’s all sweet on her and gives her a piece of advice. Of course that reestablishes the fact that not all demons are evil. Either way it’s a pity that Kasukabe lost.
I couldn’t help but laugh when Izayoi was all fired up and thought he was attacking the actual Demon Lord. Instead they turned out to be servants, low level ones at that- who are actually able to put up a fight with this guy. Izayoi had also made a bad choice to let not chase down the Piper, and snap that flute when he had the chance to since she’s the one who is causing the chaos in the first place. Now Asuka has her work cut out for her because of Izayoi’s decision against chasing the Piper when he had the chance to since she’s the one who is causing the chaos in the first place. Who knows, maybe that little fairy will give her a power boost.
When I look at the servants, and then at the our dear Demon Lord of the Black Death the Black Percher, I don’t think Izayoi could defeat. Since I don’t really know what her gift is, I am actually hoping it’s the Black Death epidemic itself because that would be sick (no pun intended).
The fight between The Demon Lord of the Black Death, the Black Percher VS Sandora should be fairly interesting. But I sense it being a one-sided battle due to the fact the demon lord probably has more experience, and even more so if her gift turns out to be essentially made out of the Black Death itself.
Shiroyasha is unable to fight due to being trapped in that uh… black cloud we’ll call it. Piper girl had mentioned they plan to use her power, so yikes. She also mentioned that this game might have been set up for them to lose, which I wouldn’t put past me since it’s the bad demons we’re dealing with- but I imagine that Izayoi would have a way of finding a loophole with that brain of his.
