ZeroG: This looks really interesting, I’ve watched Blood+ and found it really good, since this show will have a similar theme and supervised by the same director, this will most definitively be interesting

Ikoku Meiro no Croisée

Eva: *Eyes Myst* I think her Gosick radar is on. This looks interesting, definitely adorable, but the last thing I want to see is lolicon. On the extra note it looks like this will be a very slow paced story.
Myst: …Did I just see correctly? The illustrator of Gosick? I’M IN If only for the pretty characters. Heck, even the setting looks similar. This is going to be promising!
Oki: Looks neat but I’m not really interested.
ZeroG: This looks like an interesting serious intelligent anime, but at the same time It looks like it leans a lot towards a romance story, I shall watch and see if this is something I might be interested to watch

Eva: ;A; I just read a little bit of the manga, I wouldn’t be able to watch this. Again, horror isn’t my thing. BUT IT LOOKS SOOOOO BADASS!!! *SOBS* The manga is good though, I can tolerate reading horror mangas except for Elfen Lied and a few others…
Myst: This has definitely caught my interest. The plot looks quite promising, we’ll see how it turns out :).

Last Notes

Eva: If there’s one thing I know that I’m going to do this summer is really try and lay off some of the shows and only cover maybe five or six. It really depends on how many shows I’m blogging at the moment (the Spring Season) that would continue throughout the summer. One of the highlights that I really want to cover this summer is romance. I need my summer romance, it’s something I’m dying to cover! The basketball one is another show I’m eager to see. However I’m afraid that it might end up disappointing me since I’m holding a little bit too high expectations for it. The last one that I am fired up to see is Sacred Seven. I happen to have a HUGE fan of Sunrise’s Mecha productions. Since Gundam 00 (which Oki and I plan to cover some point in the future when we both have more time), I find Sunrise to be the most promising studios when it comes to that genre. It’s mainly because they are sticking with the traditional way of animating mecha suits and only adding minor details for the digital effects. Overall, the season looks rather promising and enjoyable! :3
Myst: OMG OMG OMG OMG OH MY FUCKING GOD THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME, FOR ONE SINGLE REASON!!!!!! HELLSING ULTIMATE IS COMING OUT FUCK YEAHHHHHHH!!!!!! I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS EPISODE FOR LIKE A WHOLE YEAR NOW!!!
Anyways. Apart from that… Hm, what to say, what to say. I have NO IDEA how this season will turn out. There’s a couple of shows which I believe will be very interesting and there doesn’t seem to be too many failures, but honestly I don’t think this season will be that great. I guess I’d make it more of an average season… :/ Then again, maybe it’s just me.
ZeroG: Summer, the only rule I think applies to every content during summer is that it usually sucks. During summer people have better things to do than watch anime (other people than me that is) therefore I expect the quality of the content to be lower and I accept it with my arm wide open. I will simply cover more ecchi and so-so seinen. This will keep me busy for the best show that will arrive in fall.
Oki: Eh this season mostly bores me. There are only two shows that catch my interest, the Mecha and Blood C which I called months ago. I think a lot of animes are going for the Gosick style of mystery horror which started not too long ago with Higurashi and Umineko, and that’s all well and good but the key of these kinds of stories is mystery and subtlety and how in the world can I appreciate all these stories that feel like they’re trying to be THE NEXT THING? I don’t see any Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica’s or any Tiger and Bunny’s and not even really Hanasaku Iroha. Hell I’ll be playing catch up for all the shit I fell behind on anyway, so why would I bother with anything else when I’ve got pretty good stuff lined up and most of the next season is just a bunch of maybes and subpar crap? It doesn’t even look stylistically appealing.
