I know what I’m having for breakfast tomorrow.

Bread 1 Img003

Impression

Bread 1 Img001I don’t know whether these bread lesbians will be instructing us on what the right way to eat a chocolate cornet is, but I just happen to have picked up some croissants earlier today. If it wasn’t so late at night I might have gone for one, but I guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow morning. Pan de Peace! is about as standard as short-length CGDCT shows are, but for some reason it immediately presented itself as explicitly gayer than most CGDCTs, which is excellent. Seriously, yuri is practically a prerequisite for this genre. Every Ayaya ever needs to stop living in denial (although then we wouldn’t be able to see her being cute as often, so maybe not). I’m not sure why Minami managed to conveniently find two other bread buddies in her class, but oh well. I too would like to see Fuyumi and Yuu-chan marry and have three cute children together. Somehow.

Bread 1 Img002I was actually going to skip over this because I’d forgotten it was a CGDCT. And then I heard petit milady was doing an OP somewhere, found the show and suddenly remembered that this was supposed to be that strange thing about bread airing this season. Ayachi and Yuuki Aoi together are top-tier. I’m surprised they’re still doing this together, but the only thing better than my seiyuufu singing is if she’s doing it with Ayachi. Is there an anison singing unit softer and warmer than those two? I think not.

Won’t blog this though. It’s more like this post is just me passing by and approving of it (imagine me using a red stamp that says ‘cute’ printed in block letters). I doubt anything much will happen as each episode is no more than 3 minutes, and there are similar, longer and better fish in the sea this season. Namely Flying Witch and Hai-Furi. The latter of which, as I recently discovered, is actually short for ‘high school fleet’. It’ll be like Kancolle’s second season come early!

“bread lesbians.” That term just makes me laugh. 😀

I think I’ve been spoiled after watching Oshiete Galko-chan. Watching a short that is less than five minutes really feels… abrupt, now.

Still, I’ll watch this for delicious bread and delicious yuri. And cute girls doing cute things.

I didn’t watch Galko-chan, but I know that feel. The days of Wakaba Girl and Yama no Susume seem so far away now…
