In this week’s episode our little detective gang manage to find the composition of the green car’s painting thanks to Aya. And a few days later, they do a kind of recap of all they know about the missing bike mystery. Thanks to all the evidences that they’ve collected during the previous two episodes, they think that the culprit is a college student going through a huge late-teenage crisis with all the identity questioning that it implies.

Wakatake is certain that the student is the one who stole his bike. What you don’t understand my dear Wakatake is that no one, mark my words, no one cares about your bloody mountain bike. Plus, it was proven in the last episode that your bike was taken by accident. God damiit, you’re the main protagonist, you should follow the story-line a bit !ʕ ᓀ ᴥ ᓂ ʔ

His face is shouting: ” Bro, you should chill a bit”

So Kuroki, the young stalker followed the student and also recorded his phone calls. I’m not sure this is legal but I don’t even care anymore.  After seeing kids finding who the culprit is based on green paint and dirt I’m not impressed nor shocked anymore.

They listen to the phone call recording and oh surprise, their suspect indirectly confesses his crime by describing with accurate details, his new plan to his accomplice. That reminded me a lot of old actions movies, when the bad guy tells all his plan to the hero before coming with a rather complicated plan to kill him (like throwing him into a pool full of sharks) instead of just shooting him. But I digress, sorry ʕ◉ᴥ◉ʔ

Because Wakatake thinks he’s some sort of  Sinichi Kudo he wants his gang to ambush the guilty teenage boy before he commits his next robbery on Friday. Thankfully, the others characters are aware that this show isn’t Detective Conan  so they tell him to chill and to not take any more risks. Wakatake seems to give up pretty easily  so they all think that everything is under control. TRICK ! They better think again. But Aya only realizes that Wakatake is the kind of guy who always put himself in danger, when she’s home.

So, in order to bee a good heroine she rides her bike to the house of the culprit to save her friend. Wakatake is already there confronting the guilty teenage boy. But oh Snap ! He has a knife! Well that doesn’t stop Wakatake from kicking him in the balls and with the help of the complete crew they arrest the culprit and call the police. Indeed, Wakatake’s friends are not born from yesterday rain and were there to help him to not get kill because they knew what Wakatake was up too. Such good friends ʕ•̀ω•́ʔ✧

After this big adventure their bonds (especially with Aya) have strengthen a lot. They are now calling her by her first name which is something. They also realized that they can count on each other’s abilities and on their strong friendship. Wakatake comes with the idea of founding a detective Agency called “KZ”. So they might make some money and then Wakatake will be able to buy a new bike . I knew it, this bike is everywhere.

Well, what can I say more, this is a cute short series. The message of this show is simple but works pretty fine.  I’d only wish the episodes were longer ʕ´• ᴥ •`ʔ

According to the preview the next case will be the “Egg Hamburger Steak case” where they’re going to investigate the possible link between the new transferred student and an egg hamburger steak.

WAIT WHAT ? ʕ◉ᴥ◉ʔ
