So right off the bat I can say, yes, this episode is by far better than the last episode. Why can I say that so emphatically? Because Miia only has around 2 lines of dialogue in the whole episode and only appears onscreen for about 30 seconds. That right there makes any episode ten times better. Because two lines of dialogue is about all I can take from this bitch. So…what is this episode about? Well let’s go.

So the episode starts up with the main character, Papi, and Suu all on a date together out in the woods, and they are being chaperoned by the zombie girl to make sure that guy doesn’t come to kill them.

Papi knows there’s a reason why she wanted to come to the woods but can’t remember what it was, having the bad memory that she does. The date is cute short though as a giant tree shows up and steps on the zombie girl (yeah she’s a zombie so she’s fine)

Would you happen to know the way to Isengard?

As they try to run away, both Papi and the main character get picked up by it. The headpiece opens up to reveal that it’s a dryad.

Huh...it kind of looks like that sprite from the Doraemon movie. You know,if it had big boobs.

The dryad hates humans because they polluted the forest with illegal toxins which is why she grew to giant proportions. Suu tries to run away but ends up falling in those same chemicals.

Suu ends up growing giant just like her and they have a Kaijuu battle parody

I guess her name is...Suuzilla?
I guess her name is…Suuzilla?

Papi remembers that the reason she wanted to come to the woods is because the dryad was her friend and wanted to see her, but she’s been corrupted by toxins. Papi then realizes that the only way to get rid of the toxins is to..um…suck them out… she gets pulled away and tells the main character he has to….so…yeah.

And yes. He's doing EXACTLY what you think he's doing.
And yes. He’s doing EXACTLY what you think he’s doing.

Eventually it works and they all revert to normal. Smith promises to clean up the place and the dryad, while not liking humans, is more accepting of them now.

I tried really hard not to laugh when I screenshotted this. I really did.

That’s where part one ends.

Part two, stars Cerea. So the episode starts off with Cerea on the date with the main character, however she’s fully decked out in armor and it’s kind of freaking people out.

Huh... "I" didn't think it was that conspicuous....
Huh… “I” didn’t think it was that conspicuous….

She goes on the date with him while the sniper cyclops from earlier is watching them just to be on the safe side. However, a little girl looking character shows up and screws with her, making her feel bad about herself, diverting her attention away from the two.

Making people feel self conscious. My god...so evil. And hey...where's your host family?

Meanwhile, Cerea tries to do things like going through doors but causes nothing but trouble by getting stuck and knocking things over.

She then tries to make lunch for the main character, however the food is extremely bland. Not wanting to hurt her feelings he of course doesn’t say as much, but our hilarious Rachnera shows up to be a jerk. Because that’s what she’s hilarious at being.

To be fair, Cerea's the one who told her that she hated her.
To be fair, Cerea’s the one who told her that she hated her.

Dejected, Cerea walks away, feeling she can’t do anything for the main character, only to be hypnotized by the demon character and then goes to smother her boobs in his face.

Yeah... it sure would suck if a hot girl was hypnotized into shoving her large breasts against me. (stares at door. waits.) ...goddamn it.

However, her hypnosis is interrupted by a giant boar attacking the demon girl.

Man I gotta tell you. All the times I got attacked by giant boars when i was in japan. it's an epidemic, really.

Cerea jumps in and saves the main character from the boar and Rachnera unbeknownst to the other two, ties up the demon girl (who’s name is lillith by the way. I know, subtle, right?)

Cerea thinks she still can’t do anything, but the main character says that he really does depend on her and needs her.

What's that? A touching moment that MAKES SENSE and is DEEP?! Not just AT A GODDAMN AQUARIUM DOING NOTHING?!?HSDAOIJTOIASDJGLDDKFDKSHFKJSDAHJ. GAH I HATED LAST EPISODE!

we cut back to Cerea making salad for everyone deciding that she knows she can’t do everything, but she’s going to do the best in what she can. Rachnera on the other hand, in the previous scene got told by Lillith that she believes that Rachnera is only so smug to cover up her insecurities. So Rachnera answers with this.

Yes! Rachnera, I TOO think you are just... compensating... ah fuck. it's not going to work is it? (sigh)

That’s basically where the episode ends.

This episode had two different stories, but at least they were harmless. The dryad story really didn’t have a whole lot of developing moments, but it wasn’t BAD it was just…there. It was a generic tee hee look at the pervy stuff episode. The kaijuu thing was kind of funny, and I liked the characters that were involved (except minus the zombie) so it was at least enjoyable to watch, especially considering Miia was absolutely nowhere in sight.

Part two in my opinion was the stronger of the two. It actually gave Cerea some good development and bumped her back up the list from the lower stance she was in the previous episodes. I liked what they did with her character and there really were some touching moments between her and the main character (which is more than I can say for fuckface)

D'aw. That's cute.
D’aw. That’s cute.

Here’s the issue. Cerea has moments with development. Her character grows. In this episode she learned about her own limitations and what it means to help people. THAT is good character development. LAST episode Miia went on a date with him, got jealous and learned NOTHING. The closest thing they have to a moment is having a montage of looking at crap. Miia is like Naru from Love Hina. She doesn’t ever GROW as a character. She stays the same character she was from episode one and the writer EXPECTS that you’ll be okay if she ends up with the main character. I hate to break it to you, but no, fuck you Miia’s a piece of garbage. Well, she could probably make a lot of pairs of snakeskin boots… so…she’s good for something I guess.

Honestly, I do like Cerea more after this episode and she really did jump back into my heart, even slightly overtaking Rachnera in this episode. I need to see Rachnera do more. She came in so late that I need an entire episode devoted to her. Oh well, hopefully next episode she’ll have more stuff to do on screen.

Episode 7/10
