Cardfight!! Vanguard [Legion Mate] ep 166 + 167 i cant with these butlers

I’m glad this is two episodes because 166 was so dull and cliche. I just kept going…why you do this to me? Why you no love me show? You introduce a dull character and then don’t even make amends by playing with a deck I actually enjoy. Ladies and gentlemen, Megacolony decks. I mean neo-nectar is okay, not my first choice, but megacolony was just like “ok so lets just throw in bugs. no hot ladies or really pretty art, just very clearly bugs” I’m not gonna lie to you 9/10ths of this game for me is pretty ladies beating up things and dragon cards.

This entire episode is about butler-sama over here trying to make Naoki overcome with the feeling of failure so he won’t look for Aichi. Or as I call it, ambiguous problem-solving with apparently no real form of dealing with the issue! Like. .. what you gonna guilt trip him to death? “YOU DIDN’T CALL YOUR MOM LAST NIGHT YOU’RE A TERRIBLE PERSON” says butler-sama as Naoki falls to the floor in defeat. Except he didn’t because this is Vanguard and no one stays down

Look guys I’m gonna be straight with you. 166 made me want to sleep on a bus. 166 is so boring I slept none last night and I feel the urge to sleep FINALLY coming for me. What’s important is you know this- this guy is beaten obviously and he is told to leave. So what does he do? He jumps out of a window.

He doesn’t even do it coolly. This mother fucker gets on the cabinets and jumped out a first floor window because he is that epic level of failure.

But the next episode quickly becomes more interesting as several key characters return, including the fucking hilarious Morikawa.

But this episode….is mostly just good for one reason. MOTHERFUCKIN MIWA. Miwa is just.. . . .just precious as he always is. His comments are. . . just. . . entertaining. . . .I just. . .with. . .

Ok guys I love Miwa and this is a good episode but let me be straight with you. I am into one thing this episode. I want one thing this episode. To serenade my boo Ren with some lovin because we get the deal, see the right cards learn the rules baam Aichi. The plots on it’s way (along with a Kamui episode…) but whats important here is Ren
