This week on Tonari no Kaibutsu-Kun, Haru tries to make me love him again.
I mean he’s ….hanging out and stuff.
This week is legit, as in I actually like Haru in it. I suspect they did not show me hot blonde guy this week because they still want me to like Haru and not just hump the leg of this mysterious blonde guy who is incidentally really hot I mean come on Shizuku if yo boyfriend gone be weird suriusly look at tha-
Anyway, Shizuku is all mopey because Haru is still getting better grades than her. She’s also taking her rejection from Haru well
COME ON ARE WE STILL TRYING TO PASS THAT OFF AS A REJECTION? Look. We might as well call it the ‘convenient plot point so that the author not only doesnt have to make them progress on a sexual level within the manga, but doesnt have to write romance for long periods of time’ or as I like to call it the FUCK YOU TOO SHOUJO plot point.
Seriously I’m still so mad about that. That’s not a rejection, and whatever Haru is doing is not really ‘not love’. IT’S CALLED HE’S HORNY. oh no a relationship that grows into love instead of being full on love from the beginning! EVEN KIMI NI TODOKE ISN’T THAT STUPID ABOUT LOVE YOU MORONS.
Okay okay I’ll stop. This episode tries so much to please me and by that I mean.
There are so many sexy Haru shots I mean DAMN.
Half the episode is Haru trying to make more friends. He easily does so by actually smiling at people instead of glaring at them, SHOCKER. But his beautiful smile is so hot, okay baby I forgive you. NO NO I DON’T YOU STUPID REJECTED SHIZUKU. YOU PLOT POINT REJECTED HER. YOU ARE A HORNY TEENAGE BOY YOU SUCK I HATE YOU.

Because fuck, this guy. Major plot point of the episode- he beats up someone who’s a jerk to a girl and says she shouldn’t exist. This is to make Shizuku learn more about him, and us too.

You guys don’t get it. I’ve always wanted a friend who’d beat the shit out of someone for me. I’d jump in front of a train for a friend- or at least hope I would. I’m so passionate about friendship- and Haru’s really dedicated to being a good friend.
