Nendoroid Mirai Suenaga

Goodsmile Company, the makers of good things like figmas and nendoroids is teaming up with Japanese culture blogger Danny Choo to release…

the Nendoroid Mirai Suenaga!

This cute character is the mascot for the Culture Japan TV show and the television show Mirai Millenium (still in the works), she comes with a variety of extra items. Her standard expression is based on the illustration by Nao Shirahane, and the moekana cards are illustrated by Ikkyuu! Aside from that, there is also extra expressions, a Japanese flag, Mirai’s friend “Retrokyu,” with a stand to make it pose in mid-air…

….and if that’s not enough to win you over, there’s also the itasha you can put Mirai in.

Itasha translates into “painmobile,” but that’s only if you’re not hardcore enough~ (Car illus. by Tasuku Iizuki.)

So cute!!! How can you resist!?! *O*

Just one more~ :3 *gushes*

Moekana cards is the other Culture Japan product highlighted in this nendoroid, because the 1/8 scale version is included. They’re really useful for learning hiragana. I have a few friends that ordered it, it’s a great way to learn Japanese and be the envy of your other otaku friends.

Nendoroid Mirai Suenaga is available for pre-order through AmiAmi, Hobbysearch, JList, and Otacute.

She’s a really well designed mascot. I hope this nendo does well, and maybe we’ll see the Millennium version someday…? :3
