Thanks to Tetsuro’s sister, the gang gets to go to Okinawa where Kaito finds himself having a reunion with a childhood friend.

I think this episode really helped us understand Mio a little bit more. I feel that she doesn’t have much confidence in herself, but is always looking out for her friends. She also is quite a talented artist with that incredibly detailed sandcastle.
Holy shit, what a turn of events! I wasn’t expecting two bonus characters (Kaito’s childhood friend Kaori and her friend) to make their debut, but man- what a great way to make things crazy. For some reason I have a feeling that Remon was somehow involved getting to two to reunite in the first place, I mean we are talking about Remon here, she can do anything– I’m pretty darn sure of it.
I really loved the combination and interaction between Kanna and Ichika while scolding Kaito and growing jealous. It was so epic! I couldn’t stop laughing!
Remon definitely knows what the hell is going on, be it whether she’s an alien or not. It was also sweet of her to tell Ichika that she too is allowed to be true to her feelings.
That was freaking hilarious to see Tetsuro almost assaulted by that crazy girl and saved by Mio! I’m really looking forward to the development now that has been launched full speed ahead for the two of them. I’m definitely rooting for Mio was she’s the one who is very aware about everyone’s feelings and not one of the oblivious ones.
I’m absolutely looking forward to next week’s episode! I imagine it would be a lot more intense with the drama as this episode wasn’t exactly dramatic until the very end!!!
