Tiger & Bunny revolves around a group of Heroes who protects Sternbild City. A vetran hero known as the Wild Tiger finds himself entrusted to a new company after his had sold it to them, and partnered with a new, young hero, Barnaby Brooks who is out for revenge.
Sounds simple yes? Well that’s all I’m going to give you because I fear I might slip some spoilers~
Story/Plot: 8/10
The story starts off with being a bit clinched with how some of us may describe it as, ‘Batman’s Past’ and ‘Batman’s Angst’, but as it goes on, it becomes more original, and suspenseful. Yes, this show does have quite a bit of predictable twists, but trust me- it’s truly awesome, and don’t let all that stop you from finishing this show. Watch it all the way to till the very end, and then judge it.
Characters and Development: 8/10
The reason why I’m rating this as an eight is because some of the characters were left out from getting their own backstories or an episode dedicated to them. I’m talking about Rock Bison in particular since we never really got to learn about his character except grip the idea that he may be tough in power, but he has a pretty timid personality and a weak mind. Then there’s also Fire Emblem, but even though we got an episode a bit about him, it wasn’t quite giving us enough backgrounds on his character.
Otherwise, every other character- including Lunatic, gets a backstory and a full character development (well actually Lunatic doesn’t get so much of a character development, its more of a backstory). As for the characters in general, you will love them! There are such a variety, that there’ll definitely be one you’ll be rooting for from start to finish!
Animation Quality: 8/10
Sunrise decided to do something new, and that was the 3D animation of all the heroes uniforms (except for Dragonkid’s, and Blue Rose’s and Tiger’s orignal’s). That was definitely something I was caught off guard about and wasn’t too sure what to think of it, but as time went on I grew onto it, and when I look at it now I go, “Wow, you know what, it’s really good quality!!!”.
OST: 10/10
I’m getting it, no doubt about it. I LOVED EVERY SINGLE TRACK, INCLUDING THE DERPY ONES!
I’M ALSO GETTING THE CHARACTER CDs!

Recommendation: ABSOLUTELY. YOU’RE MISSING OUT IF YOU DON’T WATCH THIS!
Will I watch it again?
I’ve been doing that since episode one for the past three weeks and did it all in five days too, I don’t see why I would stop. 🙂 Yes, it’s still fun to re-watch!
If there’s a season 2 would I watch it?
YES YES YES YES YES YES A THOUSANDS TIME AND MORE YES!!!!!
